A technician asks a few questions and tells you honestly whether it's something we can fix remotely.
Connect securely
You download a one-time remote session tool and read us the code. You can see the screen the whole time and end the session at any point.
Fixed, or you don't pay
We fix it, show you what we did, and only then take payment. If we can't fix it, there's no charge.
Straight answers, not a sales call
Most antivirus "problems" are one of three things: the subscription is on a different account than you think, two security products are fighting each other, or something else on the computer is generating fake alerts. None of those need a new purchase, and we won't suggest one.
We don't sell antivirus. We don't take payment for subscriptions. We don't ask for gift cards, bank logins or remote access after the session ends. If anyone has called you claiming to be your antivirus company, read this first.

Common questions
Are you Norton / McAfee / my antivirus company?
No. We're an independent support service. If you'd rather use the vendor's own support, it's usually free with an active subscription and we'll tell you how to reach them.
Is remote access safe?
You start the session, you see everything we do, and the access ends when the session ends. We never install anything that gives us access afterwards. If you're uncomfortable at any point, close the window and the connection drops.
What if you can't fix it?
You don't pay. We'll tell you what we found and what your options are.
Do you work on Macs?
Yes — macOS, Windows 10 and 11, and we can advise on Chromebooks and phones though those rarely need antivirus work.
Do you serve my state?
All 50 states. Sessions are remote, so it doesn't matter where you are.
